TERMS & CONDITIONS
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 1, 2026
Fast AI Network LLC (“FAN™,” “Fast AI Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an R&D tech incubator that manufactures AI learning experiences into AI building assets. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Assets.
By accessing or using any Asset as a user, client, partner, visitor, account holder, or customer (“you” or “your”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Assets
1) Eligibility and Authority
You represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that you have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or any entity you represent.
2) Scope of the Assets
The Assets may include websites, platforms, products, services, tools, APIs, orchestration layers, accounts, research systems, incubator assets, AI learning experiences, AI building assets, AI Models, AI Agents, AI Corporations, AI Clones, AI Intelligence, AI Talent, AI Funds, AI Programs, AI Communities, AI Creators, AI Ventures, AI Deals, AI Contracts, digital assets, plans, subscriptions, licenses, consulting, implementation services, and related offerings.
Fast AI Network LLC may add, modify, suspend, replace, restrict, or discontinue any Asset at any time.
3) Accounts and Registration
To access certain Assets, you may need to create or maintain an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, update account details, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4) Purchases, Subscriptions, Commercial, and Enterprise Terms
Some Assets may require payment. You agree to provide valid billing information and pay applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and charges when due. Separate order forms, proposals, statements of work, subscription schedules, licenses, or other agreements may apply. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the covered subject matter.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights;
- Submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content;
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the Assets;
- Engage in fraud, impersonation, social engineering, or unauthorized access;
- Bypass safeguards, limits, or access controls;
- Use the Assets in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
Fast AI Network LLC may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
6) Inputs, Outputs, and User Content
You may submit prompts, messages, files, datasets, configurations, source materials, instructions, and other content (“Inputs”). The Assets may generate responses, analyses, recommendations, automations, code, content, and other results (“Outputs”).
You retain ownership of your Inputs, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Assets. You are solely responsible for your Inputs, obtaining necessary permissions, and reviewing Outputs before relying on them. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or non-unique.
7) Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Assets, including software, systems, interfaces, branding, content, workflows, models, documentation, methodologies, and related materials, remain with Fast AI Network or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or use the Assets beyond the rights granted under these Terms.
8) AI Systems and Experimental Technologies
Some Assets use AI, automation, model-driven systems, or experimental features. Such systems may produce errors, hallucinations, bias, omissions, latency, or unstable results. Beta, preview, experimental, prototype, or incubator Assets may not be production-ready and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
9) Privacy and Data Use
Your use of the Assets is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit personal data, sensitive data, confidential data, or third-party data into the Assets unless you have the legal right and lawful basis to do so and such use is permitted by applicable agreement.
10) Third-Party Services
The Assets may rely on or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, models, cloud providers, APIs, payment processors, analytics tools, CRM tools, hosting vendors, or other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Fast AI Network LLC is not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.
11) Sensitive and Restricted Information
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you should not submit trade secrets, protected health information, payment card data outside approved channels, government identifiers, export-controlled data, children’s data, or other highly sensitive or regulated data into the Assets.
12) Feedback
If you provide suggestions, corrections, feature requests, ideas, ratings, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and exploit that feedback without compensation to you.
13) Availability, Maintenance, and Support
Fast AI Network LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous access to the Assets. Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, cyber incidents, infrastructure dependencies, legal obligations, or business decisions. Any specific support commitments apply only if stated in a separate written agreement.
14) Suspension and Termination
Fast AI Network LLC
may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to any Asset or account if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, provide false information, misuse the Assets, or where continued service is impractical or unlawful. You may stop using the Assets at any time.
15) Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ASSETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
16) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST AI NETWORK LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EXPECTED SAVINGS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ASSETS OR THESE TERMS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE ASSETS OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE RELEVANT ASSET IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- US $100.00.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fast AI Network LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, assigns, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your Inputs, your use of the Assets, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
18) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Assets shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Los Angeles County, California, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
19) International Use and Compliance
If you access the Assets from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, export controls, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.
20) Change to These Terms
Fast AI Network LLC may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of the Assets after the updated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
