AI TERMS & CONDITIONS

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 1, 2026


Fast AI Network LLC (“FAN™,” “Fast AI Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an R&D tech incubator that manufactures AI learning experiences into AI building assets. These AI Terms govern your access to and use of the AI-enabled Assets. These AI Terms supplement the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict regarding AI-specific issues, these AI Terms control.


By accessing or using AI-enabled Assets as a user, client, partner, visitor, account holder, or customer (“you” or “your”), you agree to these AI Terms.


1) Scope of AI-Enabled Assets

AI-enabled Assets may include AI learning experiences, AI building assets, AI Models, AI Agents, AI Corporations, AI Clones, AI Intelligence, AI Talent, AI Funds, AI Programs, AI Communities, AI Creators, AI Ventures, AI Deals, AI Contract, generative systems, orchestration layers, automation workflows, APIs, research systems, copilots, evaluation systems, deployment systems, and related AI-enabled services.


Fast AI Network LLC may modify, suspend, replace, restrict, or discontinue any AI-enabled Asset at any time.


2) Nature of AI Systems

AI systems are probabilistic and inherently imperfect. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, biased, offensive, unstable, or unsuitable for your intended use. AI behavior may vary depending on prompts, data, workflows, integrations, and context.


3) Inputs and Outputs

You may submit prompts, instructions, questions, files, datasets, messages, workflow content, and other materials (“Inputs”). The AI-enabled Assets may generate content, summaries, analyses, classifications, code, recommendations, automations, or other results (“Outputs”).


You are solely responsible for your Inputs, for obtaining necessary permissions and lawful bases, and for reviewing Outputs before using, publishing, relying on, or acting upon them. Outputs may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users.


4) Permitted Use

You may use AI-enabled Assets only for lawful, authorized, ethical, and contractually permitted purposes. Your use must comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, data protection requirements, professional review obligations, third-party rights, and any technical or operational limitations we impose.


5) Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI-enabled Assets to:

  • Violate law or regulation;
  • Infringe privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights;
  • Create unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content;
  • Conduct impersonation, phishing, social engineering, fraud, cyber abuse, or unauthorized surveillance;
  • Generate or facilitate malware or unauthorized intrusion;
  • Make high-risk or regulated decisions without required safeguards and human review;
  • Process restricted or highly sensitive data without authorization;
  • Bypass safeguards, moderation, rate limits, or usage restrictions.


Fast AI Network LLC may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access.


6) Human Review and Decision Responsibility

You are responsible for human review of AI-assisted work. AI-enabled Assets must not be treated as a substitute for qualified human judgment in legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, employment, educational, housing, insurance, compliance, law-enforcement, public-sector, or safety-critical matters, or in other contexts where errors could materially affect rights, safety, liberty, livelihood, or access to essential services.


7) AI Training, Evaluation, and Improvement

Subject to applicable law and written contractual restrictions, we may use Inputs, Outputs, interaction logs, telemetry, quality signals, support events, performance metrics, feedback, and related operational data to develop, improve, secure, evaluate, calibrate, audit, and refine AI-enabled Assets.


8) Sensitive and Restricted Data

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you must not submit protected health information, biometric data, government identification numbers, payment card data outside approved channels, children’s personal data where prohibited, export-controlled data, classified information, regulated sector data, or unauthorized third-party confidential information into AI-enabled Assets.


9) Third-Party Models, Infrastructure, and Processing Layers

AI-enabled Assets may rely on third-party cloud infrastructure, model providers, APIs, hosting vendors, search systems, storage layers, analytics providers, workflow processors, and related technical services. Fast AI Network LLC may securely transmit minimized, encrypted, anonymized, pseudonymized, or compartmentalized data to approved providers where necessary to support functionality, performance, or security.


10) Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

You retain ownership of your Inputs, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the AI-enabled Assets. Subject to applicable law and any written agreement, we grant you whatever rights we may have, if any, in Outputs generated specifically for you. Outputs may not be unique or protectable under intellectual property law.


Fast AI Network LLC retains all rights in and to the AI-enabled Assets themselves, including systems, models, workflows, orchestration methods, prompts, interfaces, evaluation methods, documentation, and infrastructure.


11) AI Feedback and Performance Signals

If you provide ratings, annotations, corrections, preferences, feedback, reinforcement signals, bug reports, or similar quality signals regarding AI behavior or Outputs, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and exploit that information for quality assurance, safety review, training support, model evaluation, optimization, and product improvement.


12) Experimental, Beta, and Research Systems

Some AI-enabled Assets may be designated as experimental, beta, preview, pilot, prototype, incubator, limited release, or research-only. These systems may produce unstable or inconsistent results, contain bugs or incomplete features, or be unsuitable for production or mission-critical use.


13) Availability, Monitoring, and Safety Controls

Fast AI Network LLC may monitor usage of AI-enabled Assets for quality assurance, abuse prevention, support, security, legal compliance, and operational integrity. We may apply filters, logging, access limits, rate limits, moderation controls, or human review to maintain lawful and reliable use. Fast AI Network LLC may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate access where necessary to protect the Assets, our business, users, clients, partners, or the public.


14) No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Outcomes

AI-enabled Assets are provided for informational, operational, assistive, experimental, workflow-support, and research purposes unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Outputs do not constitute legal, medical, tax, financial, accounting, therapeutic, educational, employment, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Fast AI Network LLC does not guarantee business outcomes, model accuracy thresholds, regulatory approval, operational savings, or commercial success.


15) Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AI-ENABLED ASSETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, PERFORMANCE, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.


16) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAST AI NETWORK LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EXPECTED SAVINGS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE AI-ENABLED ASSETS OR THESE AI TERMS.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE AI-ENABLED ASSETS OR THESE AI TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE RELEVANT AI-ENABLED ASSET IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
  • US $100.00.


17) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fast AI Network LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, assigns, and partners from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your Inputs, your AI-assisted workflows, your reliance on Outputs, your use of the AI-enabled Assets, your violation of these AI Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.


18) Governing Law and Venue

These AI Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these AI Terms or the AI-enabled Assets shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.


19) International Use and Cross-Boarder Processing

If you access AI-enabled Assets from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, export controls, sanctions, sector-specific obligations, and cross-border data rules. Inputs, Outputs, and related usage data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.


20) Changes to These AI Terms

Fast AI Network LLC may update these AI Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date. Your continued use of AI-enabled Assets after the updated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised AI Terms to the extent permitted by law.
